Senior Account Manager

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team of digital experts at Third Street Digital.  This position is based out of Columbus, Ohio and is primarily remote – but does require some in-person interactions with the team and our clients. Training will be provided and will be hybrid.

A Third Street Digital Senior Account Manager will work with high-touch, fast-paced clients. Our ideal candidate is a client champion and a strong communicator who proactively thinks about roadblocks and is hungry to find solutions. Our Account Managers are cross-team players that serve as the main connectors between the client stakeholders and internal teams. A large part of this role is client relationship building and becoming an integral extension of our clients’ teams.  

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage day-to-day relationships of clients in an organized and tactical fashion 
  • Build collaborative partnerships with clients, functioning as an extension of the client’s team and ensuring all activity aligns with the client’s overarching objectives and goals 
  • Gain a deep understanding of our clients’ business goals and campaigns, providing actionable insights to help them succeed 
  • Internal project management for campaigns including task and timeline assignment with cross-functional teams
  • Own communication between the clients, marketing managers, strategists, and vendors to fulfill campaigns 
  • Process digital orders, billing, and invoicing 
  • Build reporting dashboards and assist in mid-month campaign optimizations 
  • Facilitate weekly/bi-weekly check-in calls with clients
  • Retain, grow, and diversify the value delivered to our clients
  • Provide trusted advisership, internally and externally
  • Advocate internally for the solutions required to drive campaign outcomes for clients
  • Develop processes, structure & services that add value to our existing clients and ensure client experience is best-in-class 

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4+ years in a Project Management, Account Management, or Account Services role  
  • Must have agency experience or experience working on multiple clients across various industries
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Natural problem-solver 
  • Proactive and always thinking ahead to anticipate obstacles, not afraid to speak up for what is right, be firm and engage in conversation with clients to reach their goals 
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Self-starter who holds self and others accountable, and manages daily responsibilities with limited oversight
